Sankha has experience of more than 20 years in the field of Corporate Finance, fund raising, financial restructuring and asset monitoring activities. He has advised various clients both Public and Private Sector for in raising funds through Project finance and Domestic Bond Market. He has also carried out various financial restructuring assignments for various Government and Private sector companies in India. Sankha has vast experience in the infrastructure sector especially like Power, renewable energy, roads and highways etc. He has been instrumental in closing large number of transactions in manufacturing, infrastructure and services sector. Further, he is also involved in asset & cash monitoring advisory to various Banks and Institutions for better credit management.
He has earned a B.COM from Delhi University and Post Graduate Diploma in Management from Xavier Institute of Management, Bhubaneshwar (XIMB). He is also a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from ACFE (USA).
Mr. Santosh Upadhyay has a rich and varied experience of 20 years in the financial industry. He has been with us for 13 years now, in the equity department.

Mr. Satendra Singh has been associated with Almondz since 2006, He is heading operations in Equity and Commodity Broking division. He began his broking career in 1998 with Indiabulls Securities Limited and has since excelled in his domain. A valuable member of our team, Mr. Satendra Singh is responsible for the day-to-day operations, internal audit, statuary compliance and risk management, ensuring that they are carried out in most appropriate, cost effective way and are in adherence as per compliance.
A senior retired banker and currently an Insolvency Professional registered with IBBI, Mr Duggal leads the Insolvency and Stressed Asset consulting team at Almondz. His vast experience in managing banking operations across verticals has given him an unparalleled edge on financial matters both Indian and global. Mr. Duggal’s expertise lies in management and recovery of stressed assets (NPAs) as well as deft handling of ORT/DRT cases. He continues to provide guidance and advisory for corporate credit (Retail + SME), SARFESI actions, Forex (import/export). He is a Qualified CAIIB, holds a M.Com & LLB (Delhi University)
Manoj Kumar Arora
An integral part of the Almondz for over twenty-five years, Mr. Arora heads the Wealth and Investment management advisory services. He currently leads a team of 40 finance professionals, in the field of distribution of financial products and providing mentorship to younger employees. With a firm grasp on market conditions and trends, he has a proven track record of maximizing returns by credibly evaluating businesses and investment opportunities. His real-world experience has given him a distinct advantage over new business development, growth and diversification. Mr. Arora is a core member of the Almondz and plays a huge role in the decision making process for the company.
An MBA, Mr. Galhotra has over 14 years of experience in origination of assignment in the Corporate Bonds space and has created strong relationships in Central & State PSUs and Banks/ FIs across India. He currently leads/manages the Capital raising advisory assignments for at Almondz. His core competencies include originating and execution of fund raising activities and advising clients of the regulatory requirements for raising funds through the Private placement markets.
A veteran investment banker, Sanjay is currently leading the Strategic Advisory Group at Almondz. He has over thirty three years of experience in Capital Market advisory. Armed with exemplary analytical skills, he has led over 60 Capital Market transactions across a range of industries including financial services, distillery, textile, infrastructure, power, electronics, chemical, pharmaceuticals and technology. Sanjay has also provided leadership as Director and CEO of a healthcare company under the Almondz banner for six years. His current areas of focus now include evaluating and developing strategic business plans, future growth strategies and financial projections; advising clients on M&A; capital raising; turnaround and restructuring advisory after evaluating balance-sheet and understanding business models. He has strong ability to analyze businesses, industries and their workings as he understands the legal framework, rules, acts, and applicable laws.

Harjit Singh Sethi
With over 25 years of experience in Institutional Sales and Equity Research, Mr. Sethi is one of our most accomplished Investment and Trading consultant. His main area of focus is Institutional Investment and HNIs. He brings with him extensive & in depth knowledge & experience in dealing with institutional clients & generating value for them from the Capital Markets. He is presently the Head of the Institutional Brokerage services.
Mr. Krishnamurthy currently leads our Infrastructure Development team. He brings with him close to four decades of on-ground experience of planning, executing and developing high-value infrastructure projects across the country. With an expertise in Civil and Highway Engineering he is an expert at project preparation involving Planning Pre-Feasibility / Feasibility Study / Detailed project Report of 4/6/8 lane fully / partially access controlled Expressway / Bypasses & Standalone Ring Roads / Highway Standard. He has also been the Employer’s Representative as Engineer in a number of FIDIC based construction contracts.
Mr. Sudhakar Singh is a B. Tech (Hons.) in Civil Engineering from NITK Surathkal, Karnataka and having more than 32 years of experience in India as well as in Abroad on various facets of Civil Engineering/ Contract Management including Roads/ Highways/ Smart Cities Projects of all magnitude. He has good managerial, Interpersonal Communications and teamwork skills. Presently, Mr. Sudhakar Singh is involved in Business Development/ Execution of Highways and other Projects with various foreign Lead partners and Govt. clients. He has greatly contributed in building up and moving the Infrastructure consultancy division towards growth. He is a Whole Time Director on the Board of AGICL.
Mr. Ghai has over twenty nine years of professional experience in structuring Public-Private Partnerships. With an expertise in financial modelling and analysis, bid process management and transaction advisory, he is an integral part of the Infrastructure Advisory team at Almondz. He is especially adept at determining financial objectives; preparing & implementing systems, policies & procedures to facilitate internal financial control in the areas of pricing, credit & collection. As well as implementing financial procedures, monitoring of funds, creating budgets & conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results.
Mr. Tiwari holds a Degree in Civil Engineering from Institution of Surveyors New Delhi, India, 2002 with more than 34 years of professional experience. He is having a rich experience as Quantity Surveyor/ Senior Surveyor, is responsible for supervise of topographical survey, review of topographical data, analyzing the data, preparation of cost estimates, bill of quantities and analysis of rates, preparation of Technical Specification, suggest bid packaging documentation of final detailed project report including drawings and designs, assist the Client for finalizing Contract packages.
Mr. Gopal Dubey is an MBA in Finance from ICFAI Business School. He has an experience of more than twelve years in the financial industry and has worked with HSBC and Karvy Private Wealth in the past. He is working with us for the last six years and is currently an Assistant Vice President and in charge of the wealth department in Delhi.
Mr. Rahul Pratap is a Post Graduate in Business Administration, having experience of more than 10 years in Business Development, Tendering, Bidding and Proposals. Presently he is involved in Business Development & Preparation of the EOI/RFQ/RFP, Technical & Financial Proposal for Roadways/ Highways, Tourism, Building, Water, Ropeways, Railways and other Infrastructure Projects on HAM/ BOT/ PPP/ EPC Mode.

With over fifteen years of diversified experience, Mr. Ahlawat is the International Business development expert at Almondz. His areas of expertise include Urban and Regional Planning, Urban Infrastructure, Highways and roads. He has successfully planned, co-ordinated and executed high value projects in the the Power, Agro (and allied services) Environmental and Social sectors, Tourism and Real Estate verticals. Mr. Ahlawat travelled Zambia, Nigeria, Senegal, Gambia, Gabon, Yemen, Nepal etc for execution of assignments, contract negotiation of the projects. He is Masters in Planning with specialization in Regional Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi; Masters of Science in Geography from Kurukshetra University holding Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application and Diploma in Geo-informatics
Sanjeev Jain B. Com (Honors) and PGDBA (Finance) having vast experience of more than 22 years in the field of Accounts, Finance and Taxation especially in Infrastructure advisory sector. Major experience in Corporate Financials, Income Tax, Goods and Service Tax, MIS Reporting, Financial Projections, Costing Analysis, project Costing and variance analysis. He is Chief Financial Officer of the AGICL – the Infrastructure consultancy subsidiary company of AGSL.
A Company Secretary and LLB by profession having more than 15 years of professional experience.
He has deep insight in areas of regulatory compliances and his expertise includes regulatory interface and corporate law matters. He has been instrumental in due diligence and documentation of capital market issues for Almondz. Ajay is presently the Compliance officer of AGSL.
With over twenty five years of experience in the Financial and Capital Markets (Broking and Retail Distribution) Mr. Singh leads the Business Transformation Advisory services at Almondz. He is also well versed with BOT projects, concession agreements & risk management, matrices, regulatory condition for BOT type projects for several infrastructure related projects and rendered financial advisory services to various Client/ Concessionaire in the field of project financing. He is a Science Graduate - B. Sc. Math (Hons.) and a qualified Chartered Accountant.
With 25 years of post qualification experience out of which 20 years in very senior level position in Fixed Income securities market, Corporate Finance, Fund raising both through public issues and private placement and handling legal cases and NPA resolution. He had executed complex origination, structuring and placement assignments for a wide range of marquee clients. Prior to joining Almondz, Mr. Konar served in a senior position in the SREI Group. Was responsible for building and leading large teams of CAs and MBAs as head of Fixed Income. Mr. Konar holds an MBA, with specialization in Finance.
Mr. Kalia holds an MBA from IMT Ghaziabad with more than 28 years experience in Securities Markets. His core areas of work at Almondz include Capital Market Operations, Risk Management and Compliance. He presently is responsible for the complete Risk management and compliance activities of the Equity broking division of the company.
Mr. Biswas handles client relationships and liaisons with potential and existing investors for Almondz across Eastern India. He has over 22 years of experience in managing and spear-heading corporate relationships and institutional interface in the banking and financial services sector. He also has over the years meticulously developed intense knowledge in the field of financial products like Fixed Income Securities and Mutual Funds. He holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from IISWBM (Kolkata) with a specialization in marketing.
A qualified Chartered Accountant with over two decades of experience in the Financial arena, Mr. Rajeev has an in-depth knowledge of the Indian and global markets. He is presently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of our flagship company Almondz Global Securities Limited. At Almondz he is responsible for capital and revenue budgeting, variance reporting, utilization at daily & monthly level, ensuring all statutory compliances viz. Income Tax Act, GST & TDS etc, reviewing quarterly advance tax deposit, active involvement with tax consultant on income tax & GST matters, finalization of financial statements.
Ashok Gupta (FCS), is a commerce graduate and is also a fellow member of ‘The Institute of Company Secretaries of India’. He has vast experience in the field of finance, accounts and secretarial matters of enterprises. He is presently designated as the Managing Director of Avonmore Capital & Management Services Limited, the mainly holding company of the Group.
P. K. Jain
Mr. Jain is an experienced banker, having worked in the Indian banking space for over twenty five years before transitioning into the Private Sector. He has previously held various high level position at the Punjab National Bank. His vast experience includes handling Treasury operations of the Bank i.e. Bond, Equity and Derivative Markets. He is presently heading the Almondz subsidiary company - Almondz Finance Limited (A RBI registered NBFC)
S. C. Sinha
Mr. Sinha has been an IIB since 1985 and has previously been a Member on the Board for Industrial & Fi-nancial Reconstruction (Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India) 2012 - 2015. Has also chaired Executive Direc-tor, Oriental Bank of Commerce 2008–2012. He has also been the General Manager, Union Bank of India. 1975 - 2008.
Mr. Agrawal is LLB, FCS, B.Com with vast professional experience of more than 35 years in drafting and negotiating contracts and financial documents and handling Legal and Secretarial Matters involving Procurement and Contract Management.
A Commerce Graduate and Chartered Accountant with over ten years of experience, Ms. Dohbal’s expertise lies in the Indian Infrastructure Sector. At Almondz, she is especially adept at financial modeling and analysis of projects related to infrastructure sector. She handles the various aspects of PPP/BOT projects from Project/ Client relationship Management, calculation of the financial returns for projects, taxation issues, preparation of cash flow assessments, calculation to the review of total project cost of the projects, preparing financial statements, financial modelling, financial analysis, revenue strategy, financial feasibility, regulatory aspects and bid process management.
Mr. Singh is MBA-Finance and Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from IIA, Florida (USA). He has over 20 years of professional experience in the field of auditing, accounting, management consulting, risk advisory and business operations. He is presently the Managing Director of Almondz venture in healthcare sector– Skiffle Healthcare Private Limited. He is responsible for the day to day affairs of the Company, expansion activities, planning and execution, ensuring quality assure, quality control and compliance of standards. Before Skiffle, he has worked with KPMG, TPG, EXL Service and GE.
Mr. Angad Singh specialises in Corporate Finance and has an expertise in number crunching and fund raising strategies. Prior to joining Almondz, he was CFO (India) of an Italian FMCG Company. He worked on a number of projects which led him to gain unparalleled experience in fund management, team management and strategic takeover. With his vast Global experience and vision he consults companies within the Corporate Finance and Investment Banking Vertical. He has worked on various SME's, Mid-Market and even Large Transactions and has a superior understanding of the financial services market with in-depth knowledge and contacts in many VCs, AIFs, Banks, NBFC's, Credit Funds and Private Equity Funds.He has worked on various SME's, Mid-Market and even Large Transactions.
Mr. M. Thangamani holds a Degree in Civil Engineering, Master of Engineering and Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications with more than 35 years of professional experience. He has been involved in supervision of various complex highway supervision projects a and has been responsible for implementation of quality control, overall supervision of the physical progress of work using project management techniques including reviewing and approving contractor’s work programme and implementation schedules.
Harpal Singh Chawla
Mr Harpal with a Masters in Human Resources Management having over 30 years of experience is presently Heading the Corporate Office of Almondz group, he supervises all functions under Corporate Centre – Human Resources (Talent Acquisition, L & D and operations), Administration, Corporate Communications, Corporate Real Estate Services, strategic Business partner (Strengthening the employer-employee relationship) Business Ethics & Sustainability. He has held several senior positions during his tenure and built successful teams with enhanced results. He is also a member of HRM committee of Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Ms. Nayar has been with Almondz since 2007, she is our Senior Manager Operations (Equity Broking). She began her broking career in 1991 with the New Delhi Stock Exchange and has since excelled in her domain. She ensures that all our clients provided with personalised satisfactory customer care services and also to ensures that client Complaints/ Grievances are handled fairly, consistently and wherever possible resolved to the complainant's satisfaction. A valuable member of our team, Ms Nayar is Responsible for the day-to-day operations /activities, ensuring that they carried on in an appropriate, cost effective way and are in adherence as per compliance.
Mr. Mahajan is a dynamic professional, with over 13 years of professional experience in Human Resource Management. He has been a part of Almondz Group for the last ten years and is cur-rently heading the Human Resources Division. His expertise lies in Human Resource Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Performance Management, Payroll and Compliances, Learning & De-velopment and Audit & MIS.
Ms. Gupta is a Company Secretary by profession. With an energetic & proactive approach, she handles all the financial aspects of the company. Her domain, especially lies in liasoning with Banking institutions for our Infra Division and additionally secretarial compliances for the subsidiary company of AGSL.
Mr. Mishra has B.Sc (Hons) and LL.M qualifications and was a practicing lawyer before joining the Almondz group. With over twenty-two years of legal experience in litigation, case management, drafting, contract management , his expertise lies in infrastructure contracts and various types of agreements. He excels in minimizing the contingent liability, developing case strategies and writing briefs.
Ms. Garg holds an MBA with a specialisation in Human Resource management. She has been a part of the Almondz team for the last eight years, and as the Human Resources manager she is currently tasked with employee recruitment, training, development as well as appraisals and audits.
Mr. Gautam is the Senior IT manager at Almondz. With a considerable amount of experience as a systems support and server support engineer. He is actively involved in Design and Implementation of Networking & In-ternet working Projects, troubleshooting of Network & Internet work related issues, Software Maintenance, Vendor Management, Mail Servers Configuration, User Administration, Setting Backup and Restore Policies and generating MIS, Licensing.
Mr. V adhi kesavan has been a part of this organization since the last 20 years. He started his career in 1982 in chennai and joined us in 2001 in the sales department of our channel/wealth division. His vast knowledge and expertise in financial products including insurance makes him impeccable in its sale through channel partners and direct clients. He has been heading channel sales since 2010 with an energetic and result oriented team. His efforts and leadership acumen have acquired quality sub-brokers in large numbers, thus leading to high volume of business as well as profits. He is an integral part of the organization and actively contributes in the growth of the company .
Simmi Sharma, having over 25 years of work experience in back office procedures and processes in Fixed Income Securities ie. Debt Portfolio. She being a Senior Manager with Almondz is in-charge and responsible for ensuring smooth passage of all documentations and instructions among clients office, clients bank and Company’s bank. She is coordinating with dealers for stock inventory information dissemination, documentation and receivables management; follow-ups with counter-parties on Interest payments, TDS certificates etc. She is well versed with all modes of payment mechanism operational in India- including RTGS, payments through RBI, NSCCL, ICCL ,high value clearing etc. In addition, Simmi is creating Bank and Stock reconciliation statements and resolutions of Audit related queries; monitor Almondz’s overdraft limits, interest calculations thereof, funds flow management, to ensure that secure funds are available for taking positions
Ms. Gosian has been an integral part of the Almondz group ever since its very beginnings in 1992. An exceptional asset, she began her career at the front desk and has deftly progressed to being an Administration and HR manager through sheer hard work and dedication. With excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a detail oriented approach to staff, managements and clients alike Ms. Gosian has been a meritorious mirror image for our organisation.
Shakti is having over 15+ years of experience in account and finance, successfully finalizing accounts year to year basis on computerized and manual systems. In addition, Shakti takes care of preparation of Quarterly /Annually Balance sheet & Results (Standalone & Consolidated); liaison with statutory/ Internal auditor during the audit period; finalization of Trial balance on monthly / Quarterly basis; Bank Reconciliation, Ledger Reconciliation, Vendor Reconciliation , Debtors Reconciliation, Bank Guarantee documentation and all function which are required for executing the day to day accounting.
Rashmi has an extensive experience in product engineering and solutions delivery. She has worked closely with design and implementation of crucial software platforms for Indian Railways through CRIS (Centre for Railway Information Systems). She recently pursued and received a certificate in Data Science from Harvard. Striving for excellence through team work with an eye for innovation is her strength.
