Almondz promoted Almondz Insurance Brokers Private Limited, in the Indian insurance market in 2004. We have grown to being a leading Indian composite insurance broker with over 300 associates in nine offices country-wide serving clients with a broad range of products and services across diversified industries and segments. Willis Towers Watson is a NASDAQ Listed, leading global advisor, the third largest broking house in the World, having 45,000 employees serving more than 140 countries and markets, acquired 49% stake in Almondz Insurance Brokers in India. The joint venture, Willis Towers Watson India Insurance Brokers Private Ltd, has combined its global network and expertise with Almondz’s skilled team and wealth of experience in India. Almondz currently holds 26% stake in Willis Towers Watson India Insurance Brokers Private Ltd. Presently Willis Towers Watson in the process of merger with AION Global. Together the entities would be the worlds largest Insurance and reinsurance player.

FOOD PROCESSING Premier Alcobev Private Limited

In 2013, Almondz ventured into the food processing sector through its first manufacturing project, Premier Alcobev Private Limited . It established in 2015, a 45 Kilo Liters Per day Grain based ENA plant in the State of Himachal Pradesh. Adhering to the Environmental and Sustainability principles, a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) plant was established for supplying ENA & Ethanol to Multi-national clients in Petroleum, Pharmaceuticals, Perfumery and Alcohol Industries. Over the last 5 years, the company has increased its capacity to 85 Kilo Liters per day and is currently the largest such manufacturing facility in the state of Himachal Pradesh. The major clients include Public Sector Oil Marketing Companies (OMCs) for Bio Ethanol and International players Diageo, United Spirits, Seagram, and others for ENA. The company ended up recording a total revenue of INR 2400 Mn for the FY 19-20. This venture has now become a true demonstration of Almondz Group’s expertise in the manufacturing sector.

INFRASTRUCTURE ADVISORY Almondz Global Infra Consultant Limited

Almondz took initiative in the year 2013 to promote Almondz Global Infra Consultant Limited (AGICL), an ISO 9001:2015 certified company providing Consultancy Services in multiple infrastructure sectors especially in Roads, Bridges, Highways & Tunnels, Smart Cities, Urban Infrastructure, Water & Waste Water, Tourism, Railways & Metro Rail, Ports & Inland Waterways & Airport. AGICL has been providing services from concept to commissioning like project concept Development, Project structuring, Transaction Advisory Planning, Designing, Engineering, Project Management Consultancy, Supervision as well as Independent Engineers, safety audits and Operation & Maintenance Services, which has helped AGICL to establish itself as one of the fastest growing Infra consultancy company in the country. HEALTHCARE Skiffle Healthcare Services Limited

Almondz has in 2012 incorporated its 100% subsidiary in the healthcare sector under Skiffle Healthcare Services Limited with an objective to set up Super-Specialised Eye Care Centres in and around Delhi. Currently, the company is running four Super-Specialised Centres under the brand Itek Vision Centre and provides Cataract, Cornea, Retinal, Glaucoma, Neuro-ophthalmology and other eye related services. The company has plans expansion to row organically & inorganically in the sector.
