Mr. Khanna has done Certification Course in Infrastructure & Housing Finance from Wharton School of Management, USA. He worked in Syndicate bank from 1975 to 1982 thereafter as Deputy Chief of Finance in National Building Construction Corporation Limited, New Delhi. In his long stint of 25 years with HUDCO, he held senior Management positions, viz., Executive Director and Senior Executive Director and contributed for the business development of Western/Eastern/Northeastern Zones. He also held Directorship in Shivshahi Punarvasan Prakalp Ltd., Mumbai, Gujarat State Road Development Corporation, Ahmedabad and CIDCO, New Bombay. He was also independent Director on the Board of Shree Kalahasti Pipes Chennai, Electro steels ltd and presently on the Board of Electrosteel casting Ltd
Chairman & Managing Director of India infrastructure finance Company ltd. (IIFCL), a wholly government of India owned company for a period of four years i.e. from 2006-10, IIFCL engaged in the promotion and development of infrastructure and commenced its operations during that period. He had long experience as a banker over 40 years. He held position of chairman and Managing Director of Punjab National Bank during 2000 to 2005. PNB was one of the largest public sector banks in India during that period. He was also the Chairman of PNB Housing Finance (2000-2001) and PNB Gilts (2000-2005) during that period held position of Chairman and Managing Director of SIDBI during 2000- 2001. During that period, various schemes including credit guarantee scheme/credit venture fund for financing of small and medium enterprises were launched started his career in Punjab & Sind Bank in 1970 and rose to the position of chairman and Managing Director and tenure lasted till 2000. Mr. Khalid Abdullah Salim A1 Eisri is Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Sultan Qaboos University. He has more than 17 years of experience in investment management and corporate advisory. Presently, Mr. Khalid is serving as Chief Executive Officer ( CEO) of Al Anwar Investments SAOG, Oman. Prior to joining Al Anwar Investments, he held the position of Senior Manager at the Oman Investment Authority.
Mr. Khalid is a director in National Biscuit Industries Ltd SAOG, National Detergent Co SAOG, Voltamp Energy SAOG, and Al Ruwad International School SAOC. He also held directorship in several companies such as RAK Ceramics, Al Hosn Investment Company, Oman Growth Fund, Oman & Emirates Investment Holding Company, Ubar Capital, United Finance and Gulf Mushroom Production Company.
Mr Ajay Kumar is a 1976 batch Indian Administrative Services (IAS) Officer. He has vast and varied experience in Administration, Urban Development, Real Estate Development, Housing, Poverty, Public Health, Comparative Politics, International Relations & Law. In his illustrious career he had the offices of Principal Secretary, Rural Engineering Organization & Vice Chairman, Bihar Rural Roads Development agency; Principal Secretary, Science and Technology, Govt. of Bihar; Principal Secretary Building & Housing cum Chairman Bihar State Housing Board (BSHB); Secretary Urban Development & Housing Department, Government of Bihar.
Mr. Sultan is the Investor representative on the Board of AGSL. He holds a degree in Finance from San Diego State University, USA. He has played an active role in developing the business environment for the private sector in the sultanate of Oman. He was selected as a honoured member of International Who’s Who for the year 1999. He has also developed other institutions within the Sultanate. Some of the renowned ventures in which he actively participated include the Oman Chapter of Young Presidents Organisations Inc. (YPO) since 2003.
With over twenty five years of experience in the Financial and Capital Markets (Broking and Retail Distribution), Mr. Singh leads the Business Transformation Advisory services at Almondz. He is also well versed with BOT projects, concession agreements & risk management, matrices, regulatory condition for BOT type projects for several infrastructure related projects and rendered financial advisory services to various Client/ Concessionaire in the field of project financing. He is presently a Whole Time Director on the Board of AGSL and promoter representative in its group companies. He is a Science Graduate - B. Sc. Math (Hons.) and a qualified Chartered Accountant.
Mr Khetarpaul is a seasoned banker with over 44 years of experience with the Reserve Bank of India. He joined the RBI in 1965 as a Probationary Officer and retired from the services in the year 2003 as its Executive Director. Thereafter, he worked as the Director and CEO of Punjab National Bank Institute of Information Technology. He is an M.A. Economic & Statistics.

He has 32 years of experience in Industries ranging from Textile, Cement, Tyre & Engineering to FMCG. He has in-depth knowledge of Middle East, South East and South Asian Markets. His core expertise has been to monitor and manage the operations of varied industries from financial and commercial view point. He has also been instrumental in turning around loss making companies in Malaysia, Egypt, India and Middle East. Mr Tiwari sits on the Board of AGSL on behalf of Al Anwar Holdings SAOG.
Mr. Satish Chandra Sinha, is a seasoned Banker with over 32 years’ experience with in Public Sector Banking space. He started his career as a probationary officer in 1975 with Union Bank of India and over the span of his career he has worked in rural, urban and metro locations in India and eventually rose to the position of General Manager in 2006. Post his long stint at Union Bank of India, Mr. Sinha was elevated to the post of Executive Director in Oriental Bank of Commerce. Upon his superannuation from OBC, he was selected as a Member of the Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (BIFR), Ministry of Finance, Govt. of India for the period 2012 – 2015. Mr. Sinha has also served as an honorary member of the Apex committee of the SIDBI Innovation and Incubation Centre (SIIC) established in collaboration between IIT Kanpur and the Government of Uttar Pradesh in addition to being a Nominee Director (Non-Executive) on the Board of Canara HSBC Oriental Bank of Commerce Life Insurance Company Limited between 2011- 2012.
